PROBLEM 1

1. I have recently received emails and instant messages that look legitimate at first glance. These messages come with URLs that prompt you to input your personal information. In turn, I think It will steal my credentials and use them to access my accounts and personal data. 

I going to give you some tips to solve this problem:

1- Delete the email: Delete the message immediately to prevent accidentally opening it later. 

2- Contact the company directly: If you think the request might be legitimate, contact the company using a phone number oall the customer service number on the back of your card. 

3- Do not click links or download attachments: Opening attachments or clicking links can compromise your security and potentially install malware. 

4-Block: Block the person thar send the email

5- Do not respond: Do not reply to the email or provide any informatior website you know is official, not one from the email itself. For example, if it appears to be from your bk, cann.
